Now a days the attitude of students has changed. There was a GURU-SHISHYA [teacher-student] tradition; students used to follow their teachers. But this has deteriorated now because the zeal to work hard has diminished both in teachers and students.

We at CTS, consider that it’s the sole responsibility of a teacher that how he/she is going to maintain the Guru-Shishya relationship. If the teacher is positive in his/her efforts then definitely a good relationship can be established with students. The unique and foremost trait of a teacher should be total dedication in the field of teaching. A true teacher is rich without money. His/Her wealth is to be reckoned not in terms of bank balance, but in the bounteous knowledge, love & loyalty he has evoked in pupils.
